Ben Carter

Ben Carter is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Dentons since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held various leadership positions at MinterEllison from July 2010 to January 2022, including Head of Human Resources and Head of Resourcing and Recruitment, where responsibilities included facilitating internal mobility and securing top talent. Ben also served as Head of Human Resources at Charterhouse Partnership for a brief period in 2010 and was a Principal Consultant at EJ Group-Australia and Asia. Earlier career roles include Senior Consultant positions at Hays Specialist Recruitment and EJ Group, as well as an Associate position at Fishers Solicitors. Ben holds a Law LLB degree from the University of Southampton and an LPC degree from the College of Law in Guildford.
