Ben Iscoe

Ben Iscoe is a Partner at Dentons since September 2015, specializing in transactional matters with a focus on capital markets, M&A, and go-public transactions, while also advising on corporate governance and securities-related compliance. Prior experience at Dentons includes roles as an Associate and an Articling Student. Ben's earlier experience includes summer positions at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, as well as a freelance role as an Inventory Clerk and a position as a 1st Assistant Director. Ben Iscoe earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Toronto in 2014 and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson University in 2005.
