Bernard Pallais

Bernard Pallais is a dually licensed legal counsel in Texas and Nicaragua, with extensive experience in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and compliance. Bernard served as a partner at Arias & Muñoz from 2000 to 2016, where they led complex commercial and financial transactions, and provided counsel in renewable energy projects. Additionally, they held positions as a legal advisor to the Banco Central de Nicaragua and a foreign attorney at Arnold & Porter LLP, contributing to international arbitration proceedings. Currently, Bernard works as Of Counsel at Dentons, advising on a range of legal matters, while also serving as General Counsel and Regulatory Compliance Officer for Grupo Ficohsa from 2016 to 2023. Bernard holds a Master of Laws from Georgetown University and a Doctor of Law from Universidad Americana.
