Brian Clarke

Brian Clarke is a Partner at Dentons, focusing on litigation, dispute resolution, and investigations. An Irish Solicitor and a member of the New York Bar, Brian has extensive experience representing both domestic and multinational clients in complex commercial disputes, including proceedings before the Commercial Court and various forms of arbitration. They previously held positions as a Partner at Maples and Calder and as an Associate at A&L Goodbody, specializing in contentious construction and development-related disputes. Brian's education includes a BCL in Law from University College Dublin, an HDip in Construction Law and Contract Administration from Trinity College Dublin, and ongoing studies at the Law Society of Ireland and The Honorable Society of King's Inns.
