Brooke Spain

Brooke Spain is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team at Dentons, with nearly 20 years of experience in risk, dispute resolution, and litigation. They have represented clients in various proceedings, including the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and have acted for institutional clients, religious institutions, and major property and beverage corporations in complex commercial disputes. Earlier in their career, Brooke served as a Solicitor at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and a Summer Clerk at Law Access NSW. They obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Sydney.
