Cameron Half

Cameron Half is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in capital markets. Currently serving as a Partner at Dentons since February 2017, Cameron leads the firm's capital markets practice and is the founder of the EMEA US securities law practice. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at Allen & Overy, where Cameron advised on SEC-registered and international equity and debt offerings, and as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, focusing on European equity and equity-linked capital raisings. Cameron began a legal career as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, specializing in international offerings, and also contributed to research on economic reforms in Russia as a Research Assistant at Harvard University. Cameron holds a JD, cum laude, in International Finance from Harvard Law School and an AB, magna cum laude, in Social Studies from Harvard University.
