Catherine McGregor

Catherine McGregor serves as the Canada Director of HR at Dentons since November 2017, where responsibilities include leadership and implementation of the Human Resources strategy for the Canada Region, collaborating on various HR and operational projects. Prior to Dentons, Catherine held multiple roles at Deloitte from 1994 to 2016, including Director of National Talent Leader, where oversight of the talent experience for two major national client groups was a key responsibility. Other positions at Deloitte encompassed HR Director / Central Team Lead, Senior Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Learning & Growth Coordinator, each contributing to strategic talent management, HR support, and learning initiatives across various departments and functions.
