Charles Luband

Charles Luband is a partner in Dentons' Health and Life Sciences practice, specializing in U.S. health care law and policy, particularly Medicaid. They advise a diverse clientele, including hospitals and investor-owned health care companies, on federal and state regulatory issues, and have developed strategies in response to the Affordable Care Act's implementation. Charles has previously served as a research analyst at Abt Associates and as an associate and later partner at Powell Goldstein LLP. They currently chair the Planning Committee for the American Health Law Association's Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues. Charles holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, in addition to a BA from Brown University.
