Damien Bourke

Damien Bourke is a partner at Dentons, bringing over 25 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly within tax disputes and negotiations with revenue authorities. Prior to joining Dentons in 2024, Damien led the tax controversy practice at Holding Redlich following a successful merger in 2017, which expanded their tax services across the eastern seaboard. Damien previously held key positions at Ernst & Young, where they directed the Queensland Controversy practice, and managed their own firm, Bourke Legal, specializing in tax litigation. A graduate of the Queensland University of Technology, Damien is also a qualified mediator accredited by LEADR.
