Dan Stachnik, KC, is a senior counsel in Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, specializing in commercial, construction, occupational health and safety, and employer-employee matters. With over 45 years of experience in civil litigation, Dan has handled a diverse range of cases, including shareholder disputes and wrongful dismissals. Dan's expertise extends to over 125 occupational health and safety cases, and they have represented prominent clients in various industries. Previously a partner at Miller Thomson LLP, Dan's courtroom experience encompasses all levels of court as well as the Human Rights Commission and Labor Relations Board. Currently, Dan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Alberta.
