David Elliott

David Elliott is a Partner and the head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Dentons in Ottawa, where they focus on a wide variety of business litigation disputes. With extensive experience in investor and shareholder disputes, product liability, and professional negligence, Elliott has appeared before all levels of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada. Previously, Elliott held associate and partner positions at Oslers and Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. Elliott earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science, History, and Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, followed by a Law degree from the University of New Brunswick and a Master’s in International Relations from Dalhousie University.
