Dr. Andreas Berberich is a Tax Partner at Dentons since September 2016, specializing in tax advice related to M&A and real estate transactions, including SPA negotiation, tax insurance solutions, tax structuring, tax due diligence, compliance situations, and VAT. Additionally, expertise extends to employment taxation and management incentive schemes. Prior to this, Dr. Berberich served as a Tax Counsel and Senior Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from June 2007 to August 2016. Dr. Berberich holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in International Inheritance and Gift Tax from Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
