Eavan Saunders

Eavan Saunders is the Managing Partner at Dentons in Ireland, where they leverage extensive corporate experience in cross-border and distressed M&A, private equity, and restructurings. Previously, Eavan spent 14 years at Ashurst LLP, serving as a Senior Corporate Partner for eight years, and was recognized with numerous awards, including M&A Deal of the Year at the Lawyer Awards. Following a successful tenure at William Fry, where they also co-headed diversity initiatives, Eavan is now focused on building and leading their new firm at Dentons. Eavan continues to expand their expertise through ongoing education at University College Dublin.
