Emma O'Connor, FCIPD, is an experienced professional in talent development and learning consultancy. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Development Manager at Dentons since January 2020, Emma previously held the role of Senior Management Consultant at Spearhead Training from 2015 to January 2020, contributing to the consultancy's reputation in soft skills training across the Gulf region.
