Eric Berlin

Eric Berlin is the Head of the Cannabis Sector Group at Dentons and one of the nation's leading cannabis law attorneys. They were the first lawyer from a large national firm to focus on cannabis law, providing expertise during the creation of Illinois's medical cannabis program and the drafting of the Ohio cannabis bill. With two decades of trial and courtroom experience, Eric has represented clients in significant health care and antitrust litigations, securing notable victories in high-profile cases. Additionally, they serve as a mentor for Greenhouse Ventures LLC and speak frequently on cannabis legal and business issues. Eric holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.
