Fabrizio Capponi

Fabrizio Capponi is a partner at Dentons and the head of International Tax in Italy, where they specialize in corporate and tax law. With a focus on complex financial transactions, corporate reorganizations, and private equity, Fabrizio has provided expert assistance to companies and investment banks throughout their career.
