Greta Gauch

Greta Gauch is Counsel in Dentons’ Frankfurt office and a member of the Corporate M&A practice group. They advise companies on commercial and corporate law matters, focusing on joint-stock company and group corporate law, as well as capital market law issues. Throughout their career, Greta has gained experience in various roles, including internships at Hessischer Landtag, Deutsche Börse, McDermott Will & Emery, and WilmerHale, as well as positions at Berwin Leighton Paisner and Oberlandesgericht Frankfurt am Main. Greta's academic background includes pursuing a degree in law at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt.
