Helen Simpson

Helen Simpson is the Managing Partner and a Practice Partner at Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, where leadership spans the UK, Ireland, and Middle East regions. Helen serves on the UKIME LLP Board and chairs the Executive Committee. Prior to this role, Helen operated a consulting practice focused on risk management, conflict resolution, and governance from October 2018 to October 2022. During time at Dentons, Helen led the Dispute Resolution Division, overseeing various aspects of commercial disputes and regulatory investigations, and was acknowledged as a leading partner in the UK Commercial Disputes team. Earlier career experience includes partnership at Dave Simpson Travel, and roles at Linklaters, where Helen qualified in the Litigation and Arbitration team, as well as secondments to major corporations such as bp and ABN AMRO Bank. Helen holds a First Class Honours degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and a distinction in the Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School.
