Jaskaran Grewal

Jaskaran Grewal is a Corporate Associate at Dentons, involved in the Corporate, Securities, and Mergers and Acquisitions groups since September 2023. Previously served as a Director at SABA Toronto starting July 2024, and completed an articling position at Dentons from July 2022 to May 2023. Jaskaran has experience as a Staff Editor for the Western Journal of Legal Studies and held various positions at Dentons as a Summer Law Student. Prior to legal practice, Jaskaran was the Vice President of Business Development at Synergy IT Solutions Inc., where strategic IT guidance and solutions were provided to enhance client efficiency and innovation. Jaskaran holds a Juris Doctor from Western University, a Master of Management from Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from York University.
