Jonathan D. Jacobs is a Partner in Dentons' Real Estate practice group, where they represent institutional lenders, investment funds, real estate developers, and investors in various transactions, including commercial mortgage and mezzanine lending, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, and joint ventures. They previously held positions as Managing Associate and Senior Managing Associate at Dentons from 2012 to 2015, and as an Associate at Fried Frank from 2015 to 2017. Jonathan's education includes studies at The American University of Rome, a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.
