Kara Sutherland

Kara Sutherland currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Dentons, a position held since March 2018, after having previously held the role of Director of Talent at the same firm from January 2004 to April 2016. Prior to this, Kara Sutherland was the Director of Professional Resources at McMillan LLP from March 2017 to March 2018 and the Chief Professional Resources Officer at Hicks Morley from April 2016 to February 2017. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, an LLB from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Philosophy from the University of King's College.
