Kenneth Chong

Kenneth Chong is a Senior Associate and Patent Attorney at Dentons, with a focus on patent law since January 2020. Previously, Kenneth served as a Patent Executive at AJ Park from February 2016 to December 2019, specializing in lifescience and Engineering/IT patent groups, with responsibilities in patentability assessments, freedom to operate searching, and patent drafting. Earlier experience includes a summer internship in the construction litigation group at Mayer Brown JSM in 2014, and positions as a Research Assistant and Laboratory Demonstrator at the University of Otago, where Kenneth contributed to scientific research and supported undergraduate students. Kenneth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours in Molecular Biotechnology from the University of Otago, along with a Diploma for Graduates in Marketing.
