Lara Vos Smith has over two decades of experience in the legal and human resources sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent for Partner Matters and the Director of Legal Talent in Ontario at Dentons since 2004, Lara has progressed through roles including Partner and Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from January 1997 to August 2000, where recruitment support was provided for financial services, investment, and pension administration divisions. Lara holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto (2000-2003) and a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University (1996-1997).
