Larry Nevsky

Larry Nevsky is a Partner in Tax Planning and Dispute Resolution, specializing in corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and cross-border transactions. They earned an LLB from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.Comm. in Accounting from McGill University. Larry has held various positions including Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, Associate at Heenan Blaikie LLP, and Senior Associate at Dentons before becoming a Partner at Dentons Canada LLP. Currently, Larry serves as a Director at Brachium Capital Corp., where they are also the chair of the Audit Committee.
