Loïc Lemercier

Loïc Lemercier is a Partner at Dentons, where they head the Intellectual Property and Technologies group in the Paris office. Over the last decade, they have handled both contentious and non-contentious cases related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, particularly in the pharmaceutical and telecom sectors. Loïc has a strong track record in patent litigation and provides advice on issues related to FRAND obligations and contract negotiations within M&A transactions. Prior to joining Dentons in 2021, Loïc held positions at Hogan Lovells, August Debouzy, and Clifford Chance.
