Luigi Costa is a partner at Dentons in the Milan office, serving as the head of the Project, Energy & Infrastructure business unit in Italy and co-head for Europe. With a strong background in project development, construction, financing, and M&A transactions, Luigi regularly supports international and Italian clients within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior experience includes over a decade at Norton Rose Fulbright, where responsibilities encompassed advising on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, particularly in the African market, alongside legal documentation and financing agreements. Educational accomplishments include a master's degree in Domestic and International Banking Law from IPSOA Scuola di Formazione and a law degree from Università Bocconi, complemented by international studies in the United States.
