Manveer Bisla

Manveer Bisla is a partner at Dentons, specializing in Corporate and Venture Technology, as well as Emerging Growth Companies since May 2024. With over a decade of experience in private practice, significant expertise in corporate and securities law, particularly in corporate finance, is brought to the role. Prior to Dentons, Manveer served as Counsel and Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP from July 2018 to May 2024, and held various positions, including Associate and Articled Student at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin from August 2011 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes roles at WorkSafeBC, CIBC, and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Manveer earned a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of British Columbia.
