Mark Jadd

Mark Jadd is a Partner and the National Tax Practice Group Lead at Dentons Canada, where they lead the National Tax Group and serve on the Global Tax Steering Committee. They provide tax advice to multinational corporations regarding operations in Canada and advise foreign private equity funds on investments in Canadian businesses. Mark focuses on income tax aspects of corporate transactions and offers ongoing tax guidance to clients in the film and television industry. Previously, Mark was a Partner in Tax Law at Heenan Blaikie LLP from 1992 to 2014. They earned their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Tax Law/Taxation from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
