Mark Macaulay is an experienced construction partner at Dentons, where they continue to develop an extensive national and international practice in transactional construction law. Mark previously served as a partner at Maclay Murray & Spens from 1994 to 2017. They earned a B.Sc. (Hons), LLB, LLM, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde between 1986 and 1992.
