Matthieu Emonet

Matthieu Emonet, LL.M., is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, intellectual property rights, and media law. Currently serving as Counsel at Dentons since April 2019, Matthieu has progressed through roles as Senior Associate and Associate. Previous experience includes working as a Legal Clerk at the Higher Regional Court in Berlin and undertaking legal trainee positions at Dentons and Noerr LLP, where Matthieu gained expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate housekeeping, and venture capital funding. Matthieu holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Tongji University, with a focus on Chinese Intellectual Property Law and International Arbitration Law, and a comprehensive legal education from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
