Michał Borowski

Michał Borowski is a highly experienced tax governance professional currently serving as a Partner and Head of Tax Governance, Cooperative Compliance, and Indirect Tax Practice at Dentons since January 2025. Borowski has extensive involvement in tax legislation and advisory, holding positions such as Chair of the Tax Committee at the Business Centre Club and Minister for Taxes in the Economic Shadow Cabinet. Additionally, Borowski is the Founder and President of the Supervisory Board at the Fundacja Edukacja Sportowa. Previous roles include significant positions at CRIDO, the GAAR Council, and Ernst & Young, alongside academic contributions as a Lecturer at Warsaw School of Economics. Borowski holds a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and completed an Advanced Leadership Program at the Center for Leadership in 2023.
