Nir Assido

Nir Assido is a Partner at Dentons, where they head the Israeli Desk and contribute to the International M&A, Banking and Finance, and Real Estate Practice Groups. With extensive expertise in cross-border transactions, they represent banks, financial institutions, and investors across various sectors. Prior to their current role, Nir served as a Senior Associate at Yehuda Raveh & Co. and as an Associate at Yaacov Salomon, Lipschütz & Co. They began their legal career as a Legal Intern at Veolia Environnement and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Haifa.
