Ora Wexler is a partner in the Corporate group at Dentons and leads the Securities group at their Toronto office. Their practice focuses on public and private capital market transactions and securities regulatory matters, including stock exchange listings and corporate governance. Previously, Ora worked as an associate and then as a partner in Corporate Finance and Securities at Baker McKenzie from 2014 to 2017, and as an associate at Heenan Blaikie LLP from 2010 to 2014. Ora earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, cum laude, from Brandeis University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Queen's University.
