Randy Bregman

Randy Bregman is a Senior Counsel at Dentons, where they are part of the Federal Regulation and Compliance practice. With over 30 years of experience focusing on Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, Randy has significant expertise in corporate, policy, and trade matters, advising clients across various industries. They have supervised litigation and administrative disputes in the region and have recently concentrated on the implications of the Global Magnitsky Act sanctions. In addition to their professional work, Randy is active in pro bono efforts, representing asylum seekers and refugees while advising on human rights issues. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in Soviet and East European Studies from Yale University, and a Doctor of Law from Georgetown University.
