Robert Roth

Robert Roth is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, notably in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and infrastructure. Since February 1997, Robert has served as a National Partner, Chief Legal Officer, and General Counsel at Dentons, where responsibilities also include supporting acquisition opportunities and client commercial arrangements within the Canada Region. Prior to this, Robert was Canada National Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP from July 1991 to January 1997 and worked as a Strategic Planning Advisor at TELUS between June 1988 and May 1991. Robert holds a Law degree from the University of Alberta, an MBA in International Business and Finance from Dalhousie University, and a B.Comm. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Alberta.
