Roger Matthews

Roger Matthews is a seasoned legal professional specializing in international trade and regulatory law. Currently serving as a Partner at Dentons since February 2019, Roger has a robust background in law, including roles as Senior Director at Dechert LLP and Legal Adviser at both the Bank of England and HM Treasury. Expertise encompasses financial services regulation, drafting PRA rules, and international financial sanctions. With experience as a Seconded National Expert at the European Commission, Roger has contributed to policy on trade sanctions and the Kimberley Process.
