Sandy Walker

Sandy Walker is a Partner at Dentons, with over a decade of experience specializing in competition and antitrust law, particularly recognized for expertise in the Investment Canada Act. Since joining Dentons in 2010, Sandy has focused on obtaining regulatory approvals for mergers and providing guidance on competition compliance related to pricing, distribution, and trade practices. Prior to Dentons, Sandy served as Counsel at Stikeman Elliott LLP from 2000 to 2010 and as an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from 1994 to 1998. Sandy holds an LL.M. in European Competition Law and International Economic Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an LL.B. from the University of Toronto, and a B.A. (Honours) in Economics and Political Studies from Queen's University.
