Sarah Lima

Sarah Lima is a Technology and Outsourcing Partner at Dentons, where they advise on technology and intellectual property issues across various commercial contracts, including large-scale outsourcing projects in sectors such as aerospace, defense, and education. They co-lead Dentons' government practice in the UK and have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions involving key IP and IT assets. Having spent several years on secondments to high-profile technology clients, Sarah has a strong understanding of client-side work and is committed to pro bono initiatives, co-sponsoring the UKIME Pro Bono & Communities Committee. Prior to joining Dentons, Sarah worked at Field Fisher Waterhouse, where they advanced from Trainee to Associate roles, and also held positions on secondment with Apple and the National Policing Improvement Agency.
