Stephen Yang

Stephen Yang is a Partner in Dentons' IP group, specializing in IP litigation before the US District Courts, the ITC, and the PTAB since June 2023. Previously, Stephen held the position of Partner at Steptoe & Johnson LLP from January 2021 to June 2023, after serving as a Senior Associate at Alston & Bird LLP from January 2016 to January 2021. Stephen began legal career as an Associate at Arent Fox from September 2012 to January 2016, which included a secondment as an Attorney in Intellectual Property for Par Pharmaceutical from October 2013 to February 2014. Additionally, Stephen completed judicial internships at the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2012. Academic background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
