Suzanne Thomas

Suzanne Thomas serves as the Director of Talent (Learning) at Dentons since July 2018, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop programming aimed at enhancing the skills necessary for success in modern legal practice. Prior to this role, Suzanne held the position of Director, Talent (Edmonton) and Learning, where responsibilities included the recruitment and retention of legal professionals for the Edmonton office and overseeing learning initiatives across Canada. Suzanne’s extensive background in professional recruitment and development was further established through a role at Field Law, managing activities related to the hiring and training of lawyers and students. Suzanne's career began as an Associate & Partner at Duncan & Craig LLP and Owen Law, with a focus on civil litigation, regulatory, and administrative law. Educational qualifications include an LL.B. from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
