With over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, Tandy previously held the position of Partner at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP from 1984 to 2020, where the focus was on leasing, acquisition, development, and financing of commercial properties, particularly shopping center development and leasing. Tandy holds a JD from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Kentucky.
