Tirtha Shetty, also known as Tee, currently serves as an HR Coordinator in the Compensation department at Purolator Inc. since January 2023, following a role as a Human Resources Intern. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Associate at Nike and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tech Mahindra Business Services, where Tirtha developed comprehensive hiring processes and addressed HR inquiries. Additionally, Tirtha has expertise as an HR Associate at Engati, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes. Tirtha holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mumbai.
