林俊荣Tom Lin

Tom Lin, PMP, is currently a Senior Counsel at Dentons and serves as a researcher for the China M&A Research Center, focusing on overseas mergers and acquisitions for state-owned enterprises. Tom's previous roles include Director at VAL Consulting Ltd. and Managing Director at ECL Capital Partnerships, where they specialized in investment banking and financial consulting within the Greater China area. Tom holds a PhD in Accounting from Beijing Jiaotong University and has also completed an MBA in Financial Investment and Information Technology as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, Tom is actively involved with various non-profit organizations, including the Blind Education Concerns Association of Taipei.
