Ambi Jayadev

Ambi Jayadev is currently a Program Architect at dentsu, where they implement strategic solutions to help Qualtrics clients close experience gaps and support Technical Consultants in Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) solutions. Previously, Ambi served as a CRM/CX Delivery Lead at TAFE NSW, managing a team responsible for significant deliverables in student recruitment and enrollment sectors. They elevated their career through several roles, including Oracle Sales Cloud Business Delivery Manager at CRMNow Pty Ltd and Project Manager at Arinum Solutions Pty Limited. Ambi's professional journey began as an Oracle CRMOD Functional Consultant at CRMIT, where they developed diverse expertise across various industries. They hold a Master’s degree in Accounting from Central Queensland University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
