Cathy Powers is a versatile transformation leader with a global track record in delivering complex programs that enhance organizational performance and financial outcomes. With expertise in post-merger integration, transformation, and project management, Cathy has held senior roles at prominent organizations including PwC, Shell, and Accenture. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in M&A Integration change management at dentsu international, Cathy drives value realization across a substantial acquisition portfolio. Cathy earned an M.Comm in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg and hold's a B.A. (Hons) in English Literature as well as a B.A. in Psychology and English Literature from Rhodes University.
