Isom W. has extensive experience across diverse roles and industries, beginning as a Camp Counselor at Camp Fiver in 2002, where positive youth engagement was a focus. Subsequently, Isom served as the African-American Outreach Director for Dennis Moore for Congress, spearheading initiatives to mobilize the African-American community and enhance voter engagement. A stint as a Constituents Services Advisor in the U.S. Congress involved enhancing communication with local constituents. Additional roles included teaching English in Japan, managing business development for CyberZ, and driving advertising solutions at ByteDance.
