Rob Gentry

Rob Gentry has extensive experience in resource management across various organizations, including Symantec as a Resource Manager from September 2006 to May 2010, and GlassHouse Technologies, where Rob held the same role from May 2010 to November 2013. Gentry further developed expertise at KPMG as a Resourcing Manager from November 2013 to June 2014, and Tquila as a Resource Manager from June 2014 to October 2014. From April 2015 to October 2018, Gentry served as both the Resourcing, Demand and Portfolio Manager and the Head of Resourcing at Capco. Subsequently, Rob advanced to a Senior Manager role at EY, focusing on Resource Deployment for Consulting from September 2019 to October 2022. Currently, Rob is the Head of Resource Management for the UK at Dentsu, having transitioned from the position of EMEA Resource Management and Workforce Planning Director at Dentsu International, held from October 2022 to November 2024. Educational background includes a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Turnford College, after attending John Warner from 1992 to 1997.
