Sarah Codarin

Sarah Codarin is an HR leader specializing in reward and insights, with extensive experience in remuneration, performance management, and policy development. Currently serving as Reward Director APAC at dentsu, Sarah has held various roles in the organization since 2021, including Reward & Insights Director APAC and Head of Reward for the ANZ market. Previously, Sarah worked as a Management Consultant at The Next Level, a Performance & Reward Advisor at Carlton & United Breweries, and a HR Generalist at Hertz. Sarah is pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources, Leadership, and Management at the University of Southern Queensland.
