At the Denver Bar Association (DBA), we are more than just a professional organization—a dynamic and inclusive community dedicated to supporting lawyers at every stage of their careers. Through face-to-face networking, career-building CLE programs, or meaningful leadership and community engagement opportunities, we strive to help legal professionals thrive.

Our diverse membership includes students and young lawyers, Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals, private and government practitioners, judges, and esteemed legal professionals, all connected by a shared commitment to excellence in law practice.

Championing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

A strong legal community actively advances equity, diversity, and inclusivity. The DBA is committed to creating lasting change by elevating underrepresented voices, promoting anti-bias education, and challenging systemic inequalities within the legal profession. Through intentional leadership recruitment, transparent actions, and a deep respect for diverse perspectives, we ensure that all legal professionals can succeed and serve their communities with integrity.

Our Vision for the Future

We are dedicated to shaping a legal profession that is more equitable for practitioners and the communities they serve. By fostering collaboration, embracing innovation, and prioritizing long-term impact, the DBA is helping to build a legal system that reflects the values of justice, inclusion, and excellence.
