Fergus R. is a seasoned Real Estate Development Executive based in Saudi Arabia, specializing in commercial and contracts management. With a career spanning various roles in operations management, quantity surveying, and commercial management across the UK, Middle East, North Africa, and Australia, Fergus has a proven track record of overseeing large-scale multi-billion dollar projects. Currently, as the Executive Director and Head of Hospitality Development Management Office at Qiddiya, they lead the development of over 80 hotels as part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative. Fergus holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from The University of Reading and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
